GREAT MOTORCYCLE
Fun, fast, and unique. It's an Italian liter bike. Newer tires New stator New chain New brakes New rear Brake disc All fluids changed each season After market exshaust Smoked wind screen Tale cover Has some scratches Has never been tracked Has never been crashed Stock exhaust, clear windscreen, and rear seat come with the bike. The only issue is that the fuel pump needs to be replaced It still starts, runs. and rides, but its starting to go. The part is 150 bucks on af1racing and easy to change. I'm selling because I have a new baby and too many toys. I love this bike but I have to let some things go. It has been my commuter for the last year, winter and summer. Don't let the miles scare you, it's a testament to its maintenance. I don't have maintenance records Because I do my own. I'm a helicopter mechanic, and bikes are my hobby. The previous owner had all maintenance done at the motorcycle mall in Belleville, NJ. |

Thu, 20 Feb 2014Hopefully a 12-year old is looking at this 2014 Aprilia RSV4 SBK wide-eyed, with his jaw on the floor in the same way I looked at Fogarty's 1994 Ducati 916 SBK twenty (shit, I feel old) years ago and the feelings he gets from seeing that Aprilia will spur him on to become a biker! I could look at that for hours, it's a work of art.

Fri, 27 Jul 2012The Piaggio Group reported a 4.8% drop in motorcycle and scooter sales over the first half of 2012 thanks to the continuing struggles of the European economy. The Piaggio Group includes the brands Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa. According to the company’s second quarter report, the Piaggio Group sold 216,700 motorcycles and scooters in the first half of 2012, compared to 227,700 units in 2011.

Wed, 27 Jul 2011The Piaggio Group reported slight increases in net sales and net profit over the first six months of 2011 compared to the same period in 2010. Net sales increased 1.1% to 830 million euros (US$1.19 billion) over the first six months of 2011, compared to 820 million euros (US$1.18 billion) in the first half of 2010. Piaggio reported a net profit of 33.3 million euros (US$47.9 million), a slight increase from the net profit of 33.1 million euros (US$47.6 million) reported last year.
