2010 Aprilia RSV4 R in good overall condition (serviced regularly) with clear title in hand:
Aftermarket components:
- Austin Racing levers
- Rizoma front sprocket cover (polished aluminum).
- Aprilia frame sliders.
- Puig windscreen.
- Rear fender eliminator.
Blemishes:
- difficult to find neutral when engine is cold. According to the AF1Racing forum this is a common issue with 2010 RSV4.
- minor scrapes on the silver frame where the knee contacts the frame (see pic).
- both front and rear tires need replacement.
- few minor scrapes and paint blemishes (heat) on the exhaust.
- tank bolt unattached. I removed the tank bolt to replace the air filter but couldnt get the bolt back on (could'nt line up the bolt thread to the bolt hole). Riden at least 4000 miles without the bolt so the tank is secure without it. I will include the bolt.
- water mark streak behind middle headlamp cover (see pic). In order to clean the watermark you would need to remove the cover.
- a few minor scratches on the swing arm, probably from the rear bike stand.
- the tank and fairings are in good shape (no noticeable scratches).

Race Bradley Smith at any MotoGP venue
Tue, 02 Feb 2010BRITISH RACING ace Bradley Smith has helped launch the new Capcom MotoGP 09/10 video game, at the Silverstone circuit in England. The Aspar Aprilia rider took on several journalists in a series of grand prix races featured on the new game. A new Tissot MotoGP watch was awarded to the journalist who beat Bradley, on time in a three lap race at the Mugello circuit in Italy, where Bradley won his second grand prix of the season last year. "It's a brilliant game not only for the racing at all the MotoGP venues, including the new circuits at the Balatonring in Hungary and Silverstone in England, but all aspects of grand prix racing including sponsorship, livery and PR," explained Smith who was joined by fellow British riders Scott Redding and Danny Webb, at the launch which was held at the prestigious BRDC suite at the Silverstone circuit, that will host the British Grand Prix this year. "There were some serious game players, there and I'm glad I don't have to meet them out on the track."
Piaggio Reports Q3 2012 Results
Thu, 01 Nov 2012The Piaggio Group reported a 9.1% decrease in net sales over the first nine months of 2012 compared to the same period in 2011, thanks in large part to a strong decline in the European market for two-wheelers. According to Piaggio‘s third quarter 2012 report, the Italian manufacturer recorded 706.3 million euros (US$913.8 million) in motorcycle and scooter sales, compared to 777.2 million in sales over the same period of 2011. The Piaggio Group, which also includes the brands Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa and other brands, sold 321,300 motorcycles and scooters in the first nine months of 2012, a year-on-year decrease of 3.5% from 2011.
