EICMA 2013: 2014 BMW R1200RT First Impressions Video

The R1200RT has gone liquid cooled, inheriting the new boxer engine with BMW’s “precision cooling” technology from the new R1200GS. But that’s not all that’s changed on the RT as Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke points out in the video below from the 2013 EICMA show floor. 2013 BMW F700GS and F800GS Announced

BMW has updated its F800GS and introduced the F700GS which replaces the F650GS for the German manufacturer’s 2013 lineup. The 2013 BMW F800GS slots in under the R1200GS as the company’s mid-displacement adventure tourer while the F700GS is an entry-level model to the segment. Despite the nomenclature, both models are equipped with liquid-cooled and fuel-injected four-valve 798cc twin-cylinder engines, just like the 650.

Adjust the S1000RR chain in style

Some fancy new chain adjusting components from LighTech. The press release says: "LighTech srl, have really gone to town on BMW's S1000RR, with a programme of over 50 products planned this year. Lightechs chain adjuster sets for the S1000RR have just been released.
