The owner is not close enough to Bob???s to be back for all the services so he had them preformed closer to home but this bike was traded in on his new R1200GSW so he remains a loyal Bob???s customer despite the distance involved.The prior and only owner also added a beautiful set of adjustable Alloy Control Levers, quite a few nice Carbon Fiber pieces, an extra accessory switch, the BMW luggage rack and a very nice Akropovic Exhaust Pipe that offers both great looks plus a sporty exhaust note.As you???d expect at Bob???s it comes with a spare key, owner???s manual, factory supplied tool kit and has passed both the Maryland State Inspection as well as our ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED Program inspection and extended test ride. A very sweet machine ready for your fun. It???s covered by the remainder of BMW???s 3 year or 36,000 mile factory warranty which began on 04/06/12 and runs until 04/05/2015 and is also fully qualified for an extended vehicle service contract from Zurich available from Bob???s.

BMW Reports Q2 2014 Financial Results
Tue, 05 Aug 2014BMW reported an 11.2% growth in motorcycle sales revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, thanks to a new best-ever quarterly record of 42,259 motorcycles sold. The record sales quarter also led to a record of 70,978 motorcycles sold in the first half of 2014, the most motorcycles BMW has sold in a six-month period in the company’s 90-year history in the business. The second quarter sales result represents a 5.1% increase on the 40,209 motorcycles sold in the same quarter last year.
BMW Partners with India’s TVS Motor, Plans Sub-500cc Models
Mon, 08 Apr 2013BMW announced it has signed a long-term agreement with Indian manufacturer TVS Motor to develop and produce small-displacement motorcycles. The two companies have been in discussions for several months now, but alliance is only now official. Under the agreement, BMW and TVS will work together to develop a new model with an engine displacement smaller than 500cc.
New naked BMW spotted on track days
Sat, 03 Sep 2016The future generation of the "1-liter" naked BMW S1000R was spotted during the development tests on the territory of the German racing "ring" Oschersleben. Apparently, the Bavarian streetfighter will receive a number of technical solutions that his older brother, the BMW S1000RR, was endowed with a couple of years ago. Just as the current generation of the SR was created on the base of the previous SR-era, the 2017 modification will actually become a stripped version of today's sportbike.
