BMW R-Series description

I AM SELLING MY 2003 BMW R-SERIES R1200CLC TOURING CRUISER MOTORCYCLE WITH 25500 MILES ON IT. IT HAS HARD SADDLE BAGS AND A HARD REMOVABLE TRUNK, HEATED SEATS AND HANDLE GRIPS, RADIO, CD PLAYER, CRUISE, CLOCK, ENGINE GUARDS, ABS BRAKES, HEEL TOE SHIFTER W/ FLOOR BOARDS, CONNECTION FOR HEATED CLOTHING, OWNERS MANUAL, NEW BATTERY AND NEW WHITE WALL TIRES.

BMW ONLY MADE THESE FOR 3 YEARS, TO TRY TO COMPETE WITH THE HARLEY DAVIDSON CRUISERS. THE HARD TRUNK COMES OFF REAL EASY SO YOU CAN LEAVE THE TRUNK AND YOUR WIFE AT HOME AND CONVERT YOUR TOURING BIKE INTO A CRUISER. IT IS A GREAT LOOKING CRUISER, A ONE OF A KIND. CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS.

I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS NOW AND IT RUNS GREAT. IT GETS ABOUT 40 MPG.

THE MILEAGE MAY INCREASE SLIGHTLY IF I DRIVE IT A BIT DURING THE LISTING PERIOD.  ALSO, I HAVE IT LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST LOCALLY SO I MAY HAVE TO END THIS LISTING EARLY IF IT SELLS LOCALLY BEFORE THIS LISTING ENDS.

I ALSO HAVE THE ON BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TOOL, THE GS-911, FOR IT SO YOU CAN TROUBLE SHOOT IT YOURSELF IF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT EVER COMES ON. IT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE MOTORCYCLE BUT I WOULD SELL IT FOR AN ADDITIONAL $150 IF SOMEONE WAS INTERESTED.
