This bike is equipped with the industry leading safest electronics including ABS, traction control, Shift assist pro. 5 riding modes including Rain. Sport. Race, slick and User modes. I never rode it past sport mode. It also has the lates in launch control. DTC. Put limited mode,on board computer with lean angle sensors and data bank all built in to the display for on the fly adjustments. Tires have been upgraded from the original Metzler to Michelins super sticky Power Cup Evo. BMW C650GT and C600 Sport Recalled for Faulty Timing Chain Tensioner
Tue, 27 May 2014BMW has initiated a recall on 2012-2014 C600 Sport and C650GT scooters because of a problem with their timing chain tensioners. As of this writing, recalls have been announced in Canada and Germany but not for the U.S., though we expect the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will announce a similar recall shortly.
EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship
Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.

Sun, 23 Feb 2014When he signed with the team, Eugene Laverty said he would give all he possibly could to bring Suzuki back to the top of the podium once again. Well, it sure didn’t take the Northern Irishman long to accomplish that goal, winning the very first race of the 2014 season at Australia’s Phillip Island course. The win was Laverty’s third in a row, including the final two races of the 2013 season when he raced for Aprilia.
