One of a kind barn find. 1967 BSA Lightning A65LA 650. We bought the motorcycle with the understanding it has been in a garage for 20 years. The tank was dry and clean, we flushed the fuel lines, installed new spark plugs and the bike fired first try. This is still a barn find so it will need work to be road worthy but I don't believe much. Has the original tool kit and owners manual. The odometer is very dark and hard to read. This would be a great restoration project or a great bike to get road worthy and leave the way it is. Every part seems to be intact, the bike will not come with a battery, I have what I believe are the stock mufflers that will come with the bike. Clear title. Please call with questions 614-374-5957. Bonhams To Auction Bruce Smith Collection Of Original Illustrations
Fri, 11 Oct 2013On October 20, Bonhams will be auctioning off a collection of original illustrations by Bruce Smith from the 1960s and 1970s. Each one will be signed by Smith on heavy cartridge paper. The collection is comprised of cutaway illustrations of a 1963 Royal Enfield Interceptor 750cc, Chris Vincent’s 1964 BSA 650cc A65 Race Outfit, and a 1966 Greeves Racer, the largest of this series being 45cm x 62cm.
