Can-Am GS Roadster SE5 description

Looking for a Spyder in good used condition at a below average NADA Sales Price? Here's one.

I am the second owner and the original owner had only put 1700 miles on it before I bought it. It has never let me down in traveling the USA and enjoying the beauty of our country. Last long trip this year was to Daytona Bike Week.

All upgrades by BRP have been carried out and it is ready for some more traveling. It has been garaged when not on the road. Synthetic oil has been used for all oil changes. There are no known problems with any operations of this Spyder. Still has a BEST Protection Warrantee that's good till January 27th, 2014.

The tires have 3000 miles on them which is the distance from Kerrville to Daytona and back. Fronts are Michelin Energy saver tires and  will definitely outwear the OE Tires. The rear is a Kumho tire which I expect will go 2-3,000 miles more that the OE tires. Previously I have been riding on a Toyo rear tire but their price has gone out of sight. I am extremely satisfied with this combination of tires and will be using these for my next change of tires.

Following is a list of extras that have been added to the stock setup.

1. No one rides long distance with the stock windshield. A BRP 23" ultra touring windshield is currently installed.

2. For riding comfort, a 3" handlebar riser kit is installed

3. Running lights (Front Runners) are installed on the front bottom suspension arm.

4. Mud flap LED lights replaced the reflectors on the two front fender flaps.

5. A rear sport rack and adjustable back rest for a passenger has been added.

6. A 12v power outlet has been installed in the trunk.

At 31,000 miles a new battery, new front and rear brake pads and new rear wheel bearings were installed.

Not much left to do to this Spyder but get on it and ride. The Buy Now price is well below NADA Book price

ATTENTION LADIES -This is a great ride for the ladies. The SE5 has a semi-automatic transmission so there's no clutch to worry with. You literally shift with your finger and thumb. No worry about having it tip over either.
