Scorpion V-Rod Reverse Trike

Wed, 20 Aug 2014

There’s a lot going on in the world of three-wheelers. From Can-Am’s Spyder to Polaris’s Slingshot, and Travertson’s recently announced Striker, we have a sudden abundance of reverse trikes from which to choose. Joining the fray early next Spring is Scorpion.

Will The Bombardier Trailtrike Make Trikes Cool?

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

Charles Bombardier, creator of the highly controversial Can-Am Spyder and grandson of the man who invented the snowmobile, thinks he has an idea to make trikes cool. It’s a tall order, considering most motorcycling circles banish three-wheelers as some kind of second class device, not worthy of mingling with true two wheelers. While Bombardier’s Trailtrike still has two wheels in front and one in back, he tells Popular Science the difference is that the Trailtrike can be ridden both on- and off-road.

Can-Am Announces 2015 Spyder F3 and Biketoberfest Contest

Wed, 03 Sep 2014

Can-Am/BRP has just taken the (photographic) wraps off the 2015 Can-Am Spyder F3! Although little official information is available, we can take some educated guesses based on what we can see in this photo plus the spy shots we published a couple weeks ago. The new, more aggressive front end prominently features a radiator grill, which we expect will provide the increased cooling required by a beefed up version of the liquid-cooled Rotax 1330 ACE in-line 3 cylinder mill currently powering the Spyder RT tourer.
