Chopper Chopper description

Its unfortunate but my divorce here in Wisconsin forces the sale of my pride and joy.

Please be kind here and bid accordingly as I will be crying for the rest of my days when she leaves me for good.

A 3 year project I was working on of one of the rarest bikes left in all the world. She is the only one.

It is a 1973 Honda Chopper built I am sure by a famous builder in her day. I have her original title for her, not on the road since the 70's. My aim was to mechanically put her in good working order then disassemble her again and re-chrome and do what is necessary. She's roughed in for you now being sold as is. When you talk about a custom built Chopper bike sold on eBay look at em !!where did these bikers learn it from? How did it start? This is where it all began my friends right here with this bike.

She was to be ridden eventually to any bike shows to historically set the record straight on what a true 70's chopper is about. It would be Shock and Awe when she road past them other cookie cutter chopper Bikes, and wanna be bikers who buy their rides. Again there is no other like her, left in the world.

I kept to the theme of original design of her builder, but installed a more modern push button start DOHC 750 cc Honda engine from a running donor bike. Spin on oil cooler and a race bike radiator to keep her cool in the hottest of conditions in stop n go traffic.

Nice running boards that fold for your ridding comfort.

Whats left...dial in the carbs/using my rare triangle air box, put new front axle in front satellite wheel/ I will include with sale.

Adjust the front brakes and bleed. Maybe new battery.....Fire this baby up!!!

So she's your project now take her the rest of the way and is being sold as is, no warranty. All shipping to your location is your responsibility.

What I have seen on eBay in the past....The sissy bar on this bike with its knife alone sold for over $ 1.200.00, These are the rarest original triangle, headlights most sought after biker part in history with old rusted ones selling for over $ 800.00 a piece for a single light. This bike has the original two triangle lamps and on its original bracket and were upgraded by me to halogen and new modern halogen turn signals. She has full gauges and speedometer. These are the rare satellite rims, and 70's rubber still on its whitewall rubber wheels. This is the rare air box from the 70's true to its history. This frame is very unique and a master built this frame design .the tank and molded her lines and it fits perfect. She even has a belly under cover that is under her unique tank that hides her tube frame....a nice piece and touch from the builder with his original airbrushing I left showing something of the past of his true love he painted himself, with respect for this builder as you can see this for yourself.

Just look at her in comparison to the other eBay choppers being sold. No comparison my friends. Keep her and she grows in value every day as time passes away.

The dual spring girder front end is wild, and came on this frame was meant for her. She's long and mean but when you sit in her she fits you perfectly and you are low and apart of her in her in a good sweet ridding spot as you will eventually drive her...perfectly made and balanced this whole bike by the original builder in his design with its rake all figured out ,who knew what he was doing. The fender has a unique rear molded taillight also. A flame metal cut chain guard I made. You can even upgrade the rear brakes from the old style rod to disc...I pondered this. She has new braking shoes on the rear and new upfront. All leftover parts will be included I have in this sale.

I made my own electrical box for the goodies but in the 2nd disassemble to re-chrome or? would now put all electrical in the fake hex oil tank but that’s up to you now and how you want to finish her. The chrome isn't to bad but for showmanship maybe you'd want to do this , but not necessary just clean her up good. The 4 tail pipes demand respect and are in perfect and such good shape and 4 pipes are also getting rare. She has a toggle switch under her tank hit it and she comes to life with a light show and engine glows blue.

I played around with a 1000 watt amp and speaker system for my MP3 that included a waterproof sub woofer....How else would I blast and play Van Halen and flash her strobe lights upon entering and ridding down the ally at Sturgis?

Personally I do not enjoy chrome and its responsibility of keeping her polished..I wanted to have a bike to ride you can spray off with a garden hose and get back to ridding..LOL

LOL yes shock and awe!! Time to bow your heads whatever fan of bike you may be or have, because here comes the real deal .

Why not hey? Now you can be the talk and envy of others who stand over your new old school Bike.

If you take your chick/wife she sits high on her queen seat and she will like the looks she gets from other men ,trust me on that LOL She will be really the center of attention here if you want her butt on back. But you could have all kinds of women who want to ride the original deal just to experience it....your gain there LOL I say sure jump on baby! Lets go! Never turn woman down LOL

I am including a pic of me sitting on her for perspective and a video of her build can be seen here on You Tube.

What I know of her is she has not been on the road since the 70's, hidden away from eyes in a Barn find. I brought her this far and she'd make a nice winter project for you guys to finish. Again she's not yet running beings sold as is, and 3 years in my unheated garage has not been too kind for her...Consider her roughed in and being sold as is.

Please love her and give her a new home. Help me financially I hate to sell her you know how it is...This is your one chance to own her and pry her from my hands, as I would rather die with her than part with her like this understand?. I have no choice .

She's not perfect but is one hella bike hope you agree.

Legendary Motorcycles Book Review

For every rider who has ever thrown their leg over a bike, there is surely one particular model that they can recount as being responsible for infecting them with the contagious riding bug. While some were fortunate to have biking in their blood and Hogs in their garage, others have undoubtedly become acquainted through the various forms of media within popular culture. Whether you caught the itch from seeing Marlon Brando in The Wild Ones, or Erik Estrada in CHiPs, many riders were inspired by images that shone upon the silver screen or appeared on their television sets each week.
