Chopper Chopper description

This bike was custom built from the ground up by Metry Custom Cycles in Louisiana, I have the original title from the builder. Everything you see is steel, no fiberglass panels or covers. Engine is a 124 S&S Super Sidewinder, 6 speed Baker trans and a Legends air ride system. As you can see no expense was spared in the building of this bike. Rear tire is a 250 series and both front and rear tires are in great shape. New ignition coil, belts, and fluids.
There are cosmetic flaws in the paint and a small dent in the tank shown in the last picture. Chrome is also flaking in areas, mainly the cam cover and trans trap door so please pay close attention to the pictures before making an offer. "ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED"
Please call me with any questions my name is Matt (630)709-4730

Kittens love wooden motorbikes

Thu, 21 Jun 2012

A chopper true to it's word as Hungarian motorcycle enthusiast Istvan Puskas quite literally spent two years chopping wood to make his dream ride. The one-of-a-kind bike, built by the 52-year-old tractor driver from Budapest, is made from water resistant black locust wood and is powered by a small engine donated from a Fiat. It also turns out that adorable kittens like it too...

Lawn-Mowing Motorcycle

Mon, 20 Apr 2009

I can’t count how many sunny Saturdays in my adult life I have spent lamenting the fact that yard work took precedent over being able to spend the entire day out riding my motorcycle.  Well, instead of wasting time dreaming, a farmer and motorcycle enthusiast managed to find a way to fix this problem by converting an old worn out ride on lawnmower into a chopper that actually, chops. Powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton motor, the bike was constructed with the help of an old bed frame, an aluminum running board and parts from two old bikes. Now instead of choosing between going riding or doing yard work, this ingenious inventor can do both!
