PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT subscribe to the eBay grading system with regards to CDs and DVDs. Ebay feels is 'acceptable' for a CD to skip. I do NOT, and feel it is irresponsible and unethical to knowingly sell ones that do.If an item plays as intended, it is “VERY GOOD”. If it is NEW and SEALED, I will list it that way. If it does not qualify for either of these, then it is NOT LISTED... PERIOD! If it plays perfectly, what does it matter if the look is not pristene? If you want pristene, please buy NEW.

Subjective Words:

The terms “NEW”, “LIKE NEW”, “VERY GOOD”, “GOOD”, AND “ACCEPTABLE” are EXTREMELY SUBJECTIVE and have different meanings to different people. My definitions are: New- Sealed, Used- I will use “Very Good” for “Used” and describe any KNOWN factors that may cause problems. See additional descriptions for “USED” below. By the way... I believe eBay's definition for “ACCEPTABLE” includes actual skips. Ebay why is this??

Terms of Sale:

Payment by PayPal is expected within 3 days after auction closes. If you need more time to pay through PayPal please email me within 3 days to let me know the situation. Failure to do so may result in a non-paying bidder notification being sent to Ebay, possibly limiting your ability to buy on Ebay.

I mostly resell **USED** CDs, and occasionally other items such as DVDs and books, purchased from various sources. **USED** CDs and DVDs can be expected to possibly have light scratches that do not affect play and slight cosmetic flaws to the case. With CDs, I attempt to replace the case if the current one is damaged significantly, meaning it is unable to do the job it is intended to do. Sometimes I will have some with cracks, holes or slots in them that do not affect its performance.

ALL CDs and DVD's that I acquire for resale, either pass a visual inspection which reveals NO obvious problems for the playability of the disc, or in the event that the disc has questionable scratches, is played on either a standard home CD player or auto CD player to ensure that the CD meets your expectations. Please keep in mind that different players will pick up scratches differently. In many cases, skips or light scratches can be corrected with a thorough cleaning. If you purchase an item from me that does not play and can not be corrected, you may consider that a defective item.

Return Procedures:

Should you have a defective item, or you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me via email so that I know that there is a problem. I will provide instructions on how to return your item once contacted. Failure to contact me first may result in less than a complete refund.

I'm interested in keeping you happy, however, if you choose to leave negative feedback, before allowing me to resolve your problem, I will consider our transaction completed.

Combined Shipping:

Should you win more than one of my auctions, I will combine shipping when possible. For individual CDs, take the highest individual shipping charge and add $1.99 for each additional item. Please note: I usually ship individual discs first class mail. Multiple items will likely change the method to media mail. This may slow the arrival of your package by a day or two.
