Great running bike with low miles for the year. Has the 7500 mile service done so it is ready to ride. Only a few blemishes on paint and forks due to fall on kickstand hitting a chain link fence. Has everything every rider wants to do to a bike when they first get it! Shorty rizoma levers, rizoma turn signals, ducati performance race ecu, ducati performance race cams, rizoma belt covers, rizoma open clutch cover, full TERMIGNONI high mount exhaust, carbon fiber front fairing and a handle bar helmet lock. Over $3500 in upgrades. Absolutely love the bike runs great, handles great, and has great power. Selling for financial reasons but will definitely buy another one in the future. 2015 Ducati Monster 821 Revealed
Wed, 28 May 2014Just over six months after Ducati revealed its Monster 1200 at EICMA, the Italian manufacturer announced another new liquid-cooled member to its naked roadster line. Sharing the same 90° V-Twin engine as the Hyperstrada and Hypermotard, the new Monster 821 shares many design cues with its 1198cc sibling. The 821cc Testastretta 11° engine, claiming 112 hp and 65.9 ft-lb., is housed in a steel trellis frame similar to that on the Monster 1200.
Ducati Multistrada Sets Pikes Peak Record
Mon, 27 Jun 2011Carlin Dunne set a new course record for motorcycles in Ducati’s second consecutive Pikes Peak International Hill Climb victory. Riding the Ducati Multistrada 1200, Dunne completed the 12.42 mile course in 11:11.32 for the win in the 1205 class for 900cc and larger Twin cylinder machines. Dunne’s time was also 34 seconds faster than the winning time set by Greg Tracy on the Ducati Multistrada in the 2010 race.
