2003 Ducati Superbike 999, Selling my 2003 Ducati 999! Bike is essentially flawless, includes several performance upgrades, recent full service, never been down, etc. Not really a whole lot to say other than the bike speaks for itself, handles like a dream with great top end speed. Full Termignoni exhaust installed, tires are basically new, ASV adjustable brake and clutch levers, Speedymoto reverse shifter installed, and the sale will include both single seater and two rider set-ups. Full service performed @8,250 miles including timing belts and valve clearances checked also just recently changed the oil again and threw in a brand new battery. Asking 6600 but will consider offers, however, my asking price is below NADA values already and you won't find many like this in this great condition and low mileage. Report: Ducati Sold to Audi for US$1.13 Billion

Reuters is reporting Audi has reached a deal with Investindustrial to acquire Ducati for a price of 860 million euros (US$1.13 billion). Citing two unnamed sources familiar with the deal, Reuters reports the purchase price includes Ducati‘s debts, estimated by one of those sources at below 200 million euros (US$262.6 million). As previously reported, the deal will be officially announced April 18, ahead of the annual shareholders meeting for Audi’s parent company, the Volkswagen Group.

Rather than just a plain old link pipe to replace the cat, Leo Vince's decat replacement includes a silencer to cut noise. The exhaust can be fitted to the standard cat, or you could fit the stock exhaust to the Leo Vince decat, or run both.

Ducati is introducing a new track-ready Corse Edition of the Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP for 2012. The 2012 Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP Corse Edition comes dressed in red, white and black colors (similar to the Pikes Peak edition Multistrada). Otherwise, the Corse Edition is mechanically similar to the 2011 Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP.
