Up for auction is 2011 Ducati 848 EVO with 988 miles (mileage may change slightly will be only be a few more miles). I am the second owner and only put on about 500 miles. It has never been laid down and has spent most of its life under a cover in the garage. The title is an Arizona title free and clear (not a salvage title). It is essentially a brand new motorcycle. It has been on short rides in my area only. I thought I would have more time to ride it when I bought it but this has not been possible with my work schedule. The bike is all stock with all the factory items still in place. The manuals, keys and blanks are all included. I am looking for a quick sale to clear out the garage and let someone else fully enjoy this excellent bike. This is a true auction and will go to the highest bidder. Report: Audi-Ducati Announcement May Come Next Week
Wed, 11 Apr 2012The Volkswagen Group‘s courtship of Ducati may come to an end next week with Audi formally announcing its purchase of the Italian manufacturer as soon as April 18. That’s the day before the annual shareholders’ meeting for the Volkswagen Group, Audi’s parent company. Reuters reports Audi has completed its assessment of Ducati and found no hiccups that would curtail a buyout.

Ducati’s 848 impressed us when it was introduced in 2007, offering exotic Italian style along with more power than any 600 supersport. Now Ducati offers a significant upgrade to it called the 848 EVO, which we had a chance to sample at the historic circuit in the town of Imola, Italy.
New 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Spy Photos
Mon, 26 Sep 2011New spy photos have emerged giving the clearest look yet at the upcoming 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale. Uploaded by a user on the Ducati.ms forum, the photographs show the Ducati 1199 Panigale still with some camouflaging but the clarity of the images offer a good idea of the overall fairing design as well as a look at the underslung Termignoni exhaust. Of course, the Internet being what it is, the new spy photos have elicited comments about the test rider’s size, but as a larger rider myself, I find it’s a nice change to see how a motorcycle looks for different body types.
