Now for the details, bike is in pristine like new condition for the exception of 1 small 3" single line scratch on rear underside tail on the right side, not much visable and it was caused by transport company. I will try to get that fixed by touch up paint or that part is easily replaceable should it bother the buyer, but like I said the whole beauty of this bike is unaffected as the scratch was from the strapping and its under side near rear passenger footpeg. This bike has never been dropped and abused. We're ageing because less people are passing their bike test each year (roughly 30,000 last year compared to 50,000 for the 10 years before the new two-part test) and so not only is the pool not growing it's not even being replenished and so the average age isn't being diluted down by yoof. When the going gets tough in any situation, you really get to see who's got their shit-sorted and who's light enough on their feet to adapt to change.
Rossi Reveals Ducati Desmosedici GP12
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Valentino Rossi has released the first photograph of the factory Ducati Desmosedici GP12 ahead of the MotoGP pre-season test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. The Doctor and Ducati teammate Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 alongside the other MotoGP teams and their race bikes this week to prepare for the upcoming 2012 season. The GP12 is said to be made of 90% new components, including an aluminum frame, a conventional design for most MotoGP teams but new for Ducati coming off of the ultimately unsuccessful carbon monocoque design.
