PAL; REGION 0:   This DVD will play in all PAL or multi-region players. If you live outside Australia and do not have a multi-region player, please check your DVD player to see if it plays PAL. It will not play in USA, Canada & US Territories unless you have a multi-region DVD player.

POSTAGE

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.

We estimate a delivery time frame for Australian sales of 4 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS after your payment has cleared which includes our handling time and Australia Post shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We estimate your order will take 10-45 business days minimum. Please allow for this time to pass before checking on your order.

Please note for international sales outside of Australia that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

REFUND

However if your item is faulty we offer a 7 Day return policy and will accept items that are returned to us within this time. Whilst we do not offer a refund unless the item is significantly not as described, we will happily exchange your item for the same product.
