Doesn't Get any better than Black and Chrome!! 2003 100 year Anniversary
Edition FXDL Dyna Low Rider. Black and Silver paint. Black engine with
chrome covers. Many OEM Extras all with the 100 year anniversary emblems
on them. Chrome engine covers, removable windshield, Handlebar bag,
removable back rest and luggage rack, hard leather bags, Chrome tank
center strip, Sound System for Ipod or phone, Pull back bars 5" over
stock, forward controls. Screaming Eagle ll Pipes. Very comfortable on
long rides! Well Maintained! 25 year plus Professional motorcycle mechanic owned.
Newer front and rear tires. Only 37k miles!
Stitching for seat under 100 year emblem has come apart. Scratches on LH side of windshield and left bag by emblem. |

Most Obvious Press Release Of 2013: Biker Chicks Sexier Than Pedestrians
Tue, 31 Dec 2013In a misallocation of funds Harley-Davidson recently spent an untold buttload of money proving something men have known for years: That women who ride motorcycles are sexier and better between the sheets than women who don’t ride. Common responses from male motorcyclists to the press release were: Duh; Tell me something I didn’t already know; Can I be a recruiter? Meant to entice non-riding females into the Harley-Davidson army by pimping the Bar & Shield’s website, www.h-d.com/women, the press release was peppered with effeminate catchphrases such as “physical intimacy, “communication,” and “improves relationships” but the basal message is one of female motorcyclists being sexier, happier and more confident than their non-riding counterparts.
Ohio Man to be Buried on 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Billie Leo Standley died last weekend from lung cancer, but before he died, the 82-year-old wished for the world to know he was going to ride off to heaven. To accomplish this wish, Standley and his family made arrangements for him to buried in a Plexiglas casket riding his 1967 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
