Silver and Black Two-tone, Immaculate cond. I am the original owner. Synthetic lubes since new. Engine has never been touched. Dealer installed stage 1 jet kit, K&N filter, Vance and Hines Longshots, Flame grips, pegs and heel rests, and quick-release windshield. I also added the tall back rest, rear fender rack, flame dash insert, 6" risers, custom light bezels, stainless cables, some bolts converted to chrome. Superglide mid-pegs added, Metzler tires 50%, Brand new battery 3 weeks ago, Battery tender. I have a fresh oil change and Harley chrome filter waiting for the new owner. 1 chip in paint on the tank on front left side (small as pencil eraser) and touched-up with Harley paint. Not many bikes cleaner that are 5 years newer. Please feel free to send a message to come and see the bike in person before the auction is over. Harley-Davidson Recalls Over 100,000 Touring Models, 1400 Street Models
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Harley-Davidson has recalled more than 105,000 Touring models from the 2014 model year, and approximately 1400 Street models from the 2015 model year. The Touring models have been recalled due to a possible failure of a component in the clutch master cylinder. This possible failure could cause a reduction in pressure available to keep the clutch disengaged, according to the NHTSA.
Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule
Thu, 13 Mar 2014AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.

Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.
