This bike runs / performs great and has a lot of power, it has approximately. 4500 mis on the rebuild that was professionally done. It has a big bore kit , brand new tires and great paint. It comes with 2 DOT approved bell helmets w/ bags and removable inserts , Harley oil filter wrench , battery tender already installed ,oil catch with drain hose , brand new craftsman motorcycle floor jack that I wont be needing , a Harley Davidson maintenance manual , my personal maintenance record , chrome water bottle holder (already on the bike but hard to see in photo) and everything you see in the photo. If you need assistance with pick up I can trailer it within a reasonable distance only, due to fuel cost. The bike has been driven properly , garage kept , covered and has not seen bad weather. Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle

An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Marlon Brando Estate Files Suit Against Harley-Davidson

Brando Enterprises, an operating entity that protects the Marlon Brando brand on behalf of the actor’s family, has filed a lawsuit against Harley-Davidson. The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says  Jeffrey I.

Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
