Harley-Davidson Harley Davidson Aermacchi SX175 Two Stroke Enduro description
Harley Aermacchi SX175 two stroke enduro 1974 . 5 speed gearbox. This is a great little bike! I've had it three summers now and really love it. Making room for fresh projects. Bike is well sorted and starts, runs, rides, shifts, and stops as new. It should, with such LOW MILES! Barely broken in...1150 miles! This machine has been painstakingly disassembled, professionally painted to match original color and carefully put back together, with everything cleaned and buffed along the way. Carb soaked and redone. Motor was removed and simply reinstalled - never opened, as no need to fix that! New battery, Gas tank replaced (old tank included in sale). Everything works as it should including turn signals (repro), horn, tach, lights etc. Chrome is original and shows wear commensurate with it's age. Tires original so they are more for show than go, but seem fine for my use - no major cracks or anything. The seat is perfect. All rubber intact and in great shape. Let the pictures be your guide. I have taken this little Harley to bike nights and on short pleasure rides with no drama. It always draws a crowd and starts conversation. These are good running bikes and well respected by those in the know. Fast becoming more collectable and tough to find one nicer. I didn't look for original stickers, but what's on there should come off fairly easily if that's what's needed. The bike will easily do the speed limit on freeways but is better suited to zipping around town. I never took it in the dirt just because it's too clean. I would think it ideal on a college campus, for example - way cooler than some weenie scooter. Ready to ride right now, needs nothing. Call show contact info Thanks for looking |

Harley Skateboard Trick – Awesome Motorcycle Jump
Tue, 28 Apr 2009Everything needs to be jumped over with a skateboard at some point in human history. People, benches, cars, cats, senior citizens, conclusions, ships, …. I’m getting a little metaphorical here… Why not motorcycles? Let’s jump some motorcycles on a skateboard and let’s make them Harley-Davidson motorcycles to boot. Harley is on fire with releasing “viral video” to promote their Dark Custom line and have now released this interesting video of a “modded” skateboard with fireworks strapped to it flying over some bikes. Personally, I think it looks like the guy is hanging from a wire when he crosses over those bikes.
