Harley-Davidson Other description

Totally restored 1933 Harley Davidson RLE.  Motor rebuilt, trans rebuilt, new paint, new tires and tubes.  Bike was just finished.  The bike has not been started, will leave that up to the new owner.  Thinning collection.  According to Harley Davidson "The Legend Begins," page 201, there were 8 RLEX's made.  Have owned since 2001.  Questions will be answered in a timely fashion.

Selling off (down sizing) Harley-Davidson memorabilia, collectibles and extra parts left over from my restoration projects.

Bred in America, built in India the new Revolution X platform is meant to be Harley’s new price point model.†The two motorcycles†feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling.†Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S. will. The 500 costs $6700 and the 750 is $7500.

Music and Motorcycles Exhibit

The four-day “Music and Motorcycles” exhibit, presented by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (LIMHOF), will be on public display at the Lighthouse Harley-Davidson dealership in Huntington Station, NY. The exhibit will feature memorabilia and motorcycles from many inductees from the LIMHOF including, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, Dee Snider, The Ramones, Darryl McDaniel of Run DMC and more. Billy Joel will be supplying several custom bikes, Twisted Sister have agreed to loan one of their motorcycles and a gas tank signed by Jett, Snider, Peter Tork of The Monkees, Gary U.S.
