This is a RARE 1946 FL Stock 74. as you can see in the pictures this a beautiful bike that has been gone over with a fine tooth comb. it has the original tank, Springer front end, Chrome dash with police special speedo and a lot more. there are some custom touches as you can also see in the pictures with a lot of chrome parts and very hard to find parts like the original Flanders risers and the mouse trap shifts linkage and the pegs. it has been converted to 12 volt. If you buy this piece of American classic you will have not only the coolest Harley around you will own a piece of Harley HISTORY. Fundraising Harley Prints By 8-year-old MDA Ambassador On Sale
Tue, 10 Sep 2013MDA Ambassador Reagan Imhoff wanted the artwork she created with Harley-Davidson designer Mathew Hintz to “raise a lot of money for MDA so we can have more scientists to make medicines.” The original drawing of a purple Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout motorcycle brought in $3500 on August 31 at the MDA auction during the 110th Anniversary Celebration. The pair hopes to raise even more with sales of the limited edition, signed prints, available through www.HintzStudios.com. “I’m happy our artwork raised some money, and hope we sell all of the prints!” said Reagan, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a painful neuromuscular disease.

As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
