Harley-Davidson Other description

This bike is 3 plus years in the building - Hill Performance (NEY Ohio) did all final assembly. I basicily in March 2012 took Hills the rebuilt motor and tranny(title for motor), a kinda rolling frame ( Paugo Frame with MSRO - 16" spoke rear wheel and tire mounted, DNA springer stock lenght with 21" wheel tire mounted single disk). Sporty tank, paul yaffie rear fender that needed 2" cut out the middle, oil tank with battery box. tail light, S&S shorty E , forward controls (extended 2") and other various parts in boxes - some they used some they didn't and some they had to still buy. Come April 2013, after quite a few trips over the past year I picked it up got a title, plates and insurance, but couldn't ride it much because of neck and back issues (got the last injection 6/5 getting better, hope to avoid another surgery for now). I'm selling this bike because I can not stand to see it just sit there and look awesome. I can't ride it!!!  I could show you a 5 or 6 year old drawing and a list of parts on paper that I did that proceeded this bike - It was an idea in my mind that has come to be!!! Unfortunately for me its came to be when other many year of riding has got me in a bad spot. This bike is frickin awesome and I truly don't want to sell her, but I won't see her sittin either.  Take a look at the pictures, got any questions let me know -  email me. This bike is for sale locally as well so I reserve the right to end this add at any time. IF you have a score of less than 10 or negitive feedback please contact me first. I know I'm missing things aboout this bike ??? That paint is BLACK and flawless - Hills painter did one hell of a job on the paint - if you ever painted you know how hard it is to paint black and believe this paint is frickin beautiful!!! Also, it has a self assembled title - in Ohio they will not title off motor - it has to be off the frame number - so we had to have it inspected/verified by the state police before I could get it titlled - clear Ohio title. And no problem with progressive to get insurance. I have all receipts and copy of old titles - I have over 14k invested and 20 miles! Its got more than 20 miles from when Hills was test riding it but didn't hook up the speedo till I picked it up - the title shows 8 cause that what I put on before getting title!

Happy Birthday Elvis!

Fri, 08 Jan 2010

Born on January 8th, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, Elvis Aaron Presley would have been 75 years ago today if he was still alive today.  As a tribute to “The King” of Rock and Roll, the Harley-Davidson Museum has created a special exhibit, expanding on the semi-permanent collection from Elvis that has been on display since the museum was opened in 2008. The bill of sale, insurance, and registration papers for the 1956 Harley-Davidson KH pictured above will be on display along with the motorcycle that was owned by Elvis and the Graceland Museum has loaned some rare photos for the occasion. Along with Cadillac’s, Elvis had a passion for motorcycles but especially loved his Hogs and rode Harley’s in many of his films, including Roustabout (1964), Viva Las Vegas (1964), Clambake (1967) and Stay Away Joe (1968).
