FOR SALE 1978 Harley Davidson FLH Shovelhead. This is a 1 of a kind beauty!!! The bike has had a complete frame off restoration approx 5yrs ago. Every nut and bolt was replaced using the best OEM new old stock that was available at the time. The frame was powder coated gloss black. The tins are painted a 1985 Porsche 944 RED. The tank has Harley Davidson hand painted on it not decals. The bike has a new Barnett clutch just installed. The bike runs and rides good. It has current inspection and registration in Texas. 2300 mis since restoration. The engine was also rebuilt using 80 c.i. jugs,making it 1340c.c. I have the factory original 74c.i.jugs that came with the bike. That makes this a true 2A titled bike. I am asking $10,000.00 cash O.B.O. for the bike. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.
