I hate to sell my baby, but like most of us I came upon a rough patch in life.
This was a ground up build with a lot of time and money invested. Rebuilt 360 (kept stock)-Rebuilt 4 speed manual--Differentials (4:10)--Brakes Wheel and axle bearings--Hayes heavy duty clutch pack--4" Sky Jacker lift--runs, drives and shifts excellent and is a Daily Driver. Paint is driver quality and still looks great. ALL good glass and everything works as it should including ice cold A/C. 100% Mechanically perfect and RUST FREE. Could use a minor tweaking on body lines...I am a mechanic not a body man but I got it real close. Interior is excellent and I will include tool box and Cobra 29 CB. I would do a 50/50 trade for a Harley Wide Glide or Softail. Must be in Excellent condition with good tires and road ready.. Evolution or Twin Cam ONLY with less than 35xxx miles. I will also consider an Indian Scout as long as it is 80ci or betterand have ALL lights. *The price is $12,500 Firm and want a good $6000 motorcycle / $6000 CASH to me and $500 put in Pay Pal. Harley-Davidson Confirms 500cc Model on the Way, Says Electric Harleys Not That Far-Fetched
Mon, 02 Sep 2013It’s only been a couple of weeks since Harley-Davidson broke new ground by unveiling new “Twin-Cooled” liquid precision-cooling engine technology its new Project Rushmore suite of customer-driven refinements, but the Motor Company appears to have even more ambitious plans in the works. Speaking at Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary celebrations, Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich confirmed the company is producing a new 500cc model and opened the possibility of an electric Harley-Davidson somewhere down the line. We’ve previously written about Harley-Davidson’s plans to introduce a new 500cc V-Twin model for the Indian market.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Harley-Davidson and Brando Estate Settle Boot Suit
Tue, 06 Mar 2012The estate of Marlon Brando and Harley-Davidson have reached a settlement in a civil suit over the use of the actor’s name. As reported last May, the dispute was over a leather riding boot Harley-Davidson sold as “The Brando”. The suit sought an injunction for Harley-Davidson to stop using the Brando name, and asked for unspecified damages.
