1996 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail SPECIAL, Mint Condition - 8100 miles, $5K in Chrome, original fish tail mufflers drilled by Harley dealer - best sounding Harley ever - not too loud, just right. Carburetor was re-jetted to match high flow exhaust. Original Owner. Rare FLSTN Model. Must see and hear to appreciate. I have all records - fully maintained. Tires are almost new. Paint is perfect, new quick release, removable windshield. Leather is still like new. Very comfortable and low to the ground - easy to ride. 5 Gallon gas tank. Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Mon, 21 Feb 2011The guy behind this twin-engined pulsejet motorcycle, Robert 'Bob' Maddox, fascinates me. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...
