Arizona Bike Week To Host Over 100,000 Motorcycles, April 2-6

Arizona Bike Week, one of America’s largest motorcycle rallies, will attract well over 100,000 bikers to the greater Phoenix area this year. This epic gathering of the riding community will be celebrated April 2-6, 2014 at WestWorld in Scottsdale. Sturgis Buffalo Chip Student Build Challenge Will Use 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide

Next year’s Sturgis Buffalo Chip will once again feature the Student Build Challenge. The bike build project is a collaboration between the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Sturgis Brown High School, Black Hills Harley-Davidson, Terry Components, Dakota V-Twin and a large group of industry-leading parts sponsors. The program provides the opportunity for Sturgis Brown High School students to learn from leading motorcycle industry professionals in order to create a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle from a stock Harley-Davidson.

Harley-Davidson Recalls Over 100,000 Touring Models, 1400 Street Models

Harley-Davidson has recalled more than 105,000 Touring models from the 2014 model year, and approximately 1400 Street models from the 2015 model year. The Touring models have been recalled due to a possible failure of a component in the clutch master cylinder. This possible failure could cause a reduction in pressure available to keep the clutch disengaged, according to the NHTSA.
