Harley-Davidson Other description
2012 Harley-Davidson FLSTN Softail Deluxe, FLSTN103 Softail Deluxe - The 2012 Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe FLSTN is a motorcycle cruiser with authentic Harley style. The Harley fenders on the Softail Deluxe are true retro style with their long lines and chrome Harley fender tips. And each fender says Deluxe so everyone will know how you roll. The Harley Softail Deluxe has a wide front end fork and gorgeous 7-inch ball motorcycle headlamp. White wall tires give this motorcycle cruiser a 1950s boulevard retro motorcycle look. New for 2012, the Harley Softail Deluxe features a powerful, new, larger air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6-speed cruise drive tranmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and luggage. Hit the boulevard in style with this classic two-up FLSTN Softail Deluxe seat. At a lowdown 24.5 inches, it's among the lowest seat heights you'll find. And we've added some ergonomics to make riding solo or duo even easier, especially for riders with a shorter inseam. 'Collapsing' sides create a narrow seat profile, and the passenger seat pillion is detachable. Learn more about all of the features of the Harley Softail Deluxe. Milwaukee’s The Iron Horse Hotel
Tue, 19 May 2009Historically speaking, the kinds of places that have openly accepted or invited motorcycle enthusiasts and their bikes were lacking in a number of areas. While they may have been convenient and offered motorcycle-friendly amenities, they did so with little comfort or luxury. On the other hand, accommodations on the higher end of the spectrum were pretentious and inconvenient for storing bikes and gear.
Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Zero Motorcycles Launches Dealer Network
Tue, 12 Jul 2011Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.
