The fat front tire wrapped around a 16-inch wheel gives it a cool custom look and offers nimble handling. Stylistic components including new rear lighting, chrome 5-spoke cast wheels, and an old school looking pull-back handlebar give the Sportster 1200 Custom motorcycle unique Harley-Davidson style with modern motorcycle functions. A two-up custom seat gives you just enough room to bring a passenger along on your journey. The Harley Sportster 1200 Custom, like all H-D bikes, comes ready to be modified and accessorized to fit your body and personal style. Harley’s Behind the Scenes at The Art of Rebellion
Wed, 06 May 2009On February 7th, 2009, at the Robert Berman Gallery in Santa Monica’s Bergamot Station Arts Center, Harley-Davidson gathered 11 of today’s most relevant and exciting artists to present their take on the theme of rebellion. Because the event was so popular, The Art of Rebellion one-night only event quickly became a month long showing. Artwork was for sale and the proceeds were donated to Art Matters, a foundation that assists socially and aesthetically groundbreaking artists.
The TwinTrax Is A Machine Straight From Mad Max

A creation of the German Motorcycle Authority, the TwinTrax is nearly 107 inches long, weighs 882 pounds, and took owner/builder Christoph Madaus 12 years to complete. Oh, and don’t forget the two Harley-Davidson V-Twins powering this thing.
Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
Fri, 31 Jul 2009I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl. He’s amazingly talented and very driven. Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson. The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.
