2013 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FXS Softail Blackline, Long. Low. No BS. This Dark Custom leader is a minimalist throwback icon for today's freedom seekers. The 2013 Harley-Davidson Softail Blackline FXS model is a modern long custom motorbike with a minimalist, low profile and plenty of vintage Harley-Davidson parts. New for 2013, the Softail Blackline comes with optional Hard Candy Custom paint, a large metal flake paint finish that recalls the iconic styling of '70s custom bikes, and offers blazing color showing through a deep, finish. The H-D Blackline model features a large air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with six-speed cruise drive transmission, providing more power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and luggage. The FXS Blackline features a rigid "hardtail" rear suspension and narrow rear profile. This contemporary custom bike is slung low with an aggressive riding position that is both cool and comfortable. The Harley Blackline model is reminiscent of the glory days of Harley-Davidson motorcycling - the black headlight, slammed speedo mounted on the triple clamp, round air cleaner cover and black horseshoe oil tank are reminiscent of pre-war Harley parts and accessories; the fuel tank with small tank graphics are inspired by the 1977 Low Rider motorcycle; and the black cylinders with gray heads and black rocker covers is a look you'd find on the Panheads and Shovelheads of the 1950's and 60's. The 2013 H-D Softail Blackline model features a lot of blacked out parts and not a ton of extras - everything is functional and ready for the road. UFC Set To Rumble For H-D’s 110th Anniversary
Wed, 29 May 2013The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) octagon is set to ride into Milwaukee for Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary celebration, giving fans an opportunity to witness one of the hardest-hitting live MMA fights of the year – the UFC 164 Harley-Davidson Hometown Throwdown. UFC stars including Cain Velasquez, Mike Chiesa and Matt Hughes will be at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in downtown Milwaukee on August 31 for the action-packed card, which will feature more than 10 hard-hitting bouts. “UFC and Harley-Davidson fans will experience the passion of the world’s best fighters when they duke it out in the Octagon in our backyard here in Milwaukee during our 110th Anniversary,” said Mark-Hans Richer, Chief Marketing Officer at Harley-Davidson.

Original Viva Knievel Harley Davidsons For Sale On Ebay
Fri, 09 Aug 2013For sale on Ebay right now are two original Harley-Davidson Sportsters ridden by legendary stuntman Evel Knievel in the film “Viva Knievel!“ Click here to see the Ebay listing, which ends on Monday, August 12. The first is the “Flying Eagle” Strato-Cycle, which is one of two used in the movie. The bike is complete with full documentation including original sales invoice from Harley-Davidson in 1977, which certified (with matching VIN numbers) and specifies that it was used in the Viva Knievel movie.
