Great patina on this one for that barn find look. 66cc 2 cycle. I have built about 40 of these board track racer replicas that have found their way all over the U.S. These motorbikes are great as pit bikes, put around at car/motorcycle shows etc. I've added a few upgrades over stock kits like a U.S. made performance head, U.S. made size 41 drive chain over the cheap Chinese chain, upgraded engine hardware, a larger high compression head (for better cooling and performance than the stock head), and a balanced single piece crank. Top speed is about 36mph with the current sprocket. The bike is running, dialed up, and tuned in. Performance parts can be found on Ebay to make a 1.5 hp motor all the way to 10hp. Mon, 16 Jan 2012A new display in the Harley-Davidson museum in Milwaukee is set to open at the end of this week exhibiting the artwork of the firm's styling chief Willie G Davidson. As well as being the grandson of the original 'Davidson' and in charge of all Harley's styling, it turns out that Willie G is a dab hand with a paintbrush. According to Harley-Davidson, the display will include “idyllic rural landscapes and still life watercolour paintings with strong luminosity and form that hint at time spent in the countryside during 48 years as the pacesetter in motorcycle design.” The firm's museum has also announced other special exhibits planned for later in the year, including “Journey of the Iron Elite: The Evolution of Motorcycle Culture through the Eyes of African-Americans” and “Born to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket” - a 4000-square-foot display dedicated purely to black biker jackets...

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
