 ONLY A HAND FULL BUILT, AND NOT MANY REMAIN.. 1ST YEAR FOR THE FAIRINGS USED IN R/RACING, PER AMA.. MR-4 CARB., RIBBED BRAKE DRUMS,H.D TACHOMETER,FAIRBANKS MAGNETO,19" ALLOY RIMS,GELL COAT FUEL TANK, ETC-ETC-ETC..
  RESTORED AS THE 1963 DAYTONA 200 WINNER, RALPH WHITE #15 BEHIND THE CONTROLS! CAN NOT LOCATE WHAT MOTOR # WAS ON THAT WINNING MACHINE, SO NOT SURE IF THIS IS IT OR NOT.. BUT, I DO HAVE RECORDS SHOWING WITH THIS ENGINE #, THAT EDDIE WIRTH, MANHATTAN BEACH, CA. RACED THIS KR@ THE SPRINGFIELD MILE,50-MILE EXPERT EVENT, IN DIRT TRACK FORM, WITH # 94X-IN 1966..

This 2001 Harley-Davidson Touring Motorcycle could be yours, currently owned (I would safely assume never ridden) by the cash strapped, mega pop star Michael Jackson. In April It will be up for auction along with more than 2000 other items from the Neverland ranch in Santa Maria, CA. Julien’s Auction in Beverly Hills estimates a price range of $6,000 – $8,000.

Harley-Davidson has announced its plans for the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Aug. 6-13 in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Scheduled Harley-Davidson activities include the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building, the XR1200 Racing Experience, Muscular Dystrophy Association pin sale and custom motorcycle raffle and the Harley-Davidson Ride-In Show.

EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500 First Impressions Video

Bred in America, built in India the new Revolution X platform is meant to be Harley’s new price point model. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S. will. The 500 costs $6700 and the 750 is $7500.
