Harley-Davidson Softail description

1988 Harley Davidson Softtail

This Evolution is being sold for a friend who's husband bought it brand new in '88. He has since passed away, so she would like to sell this bike and also a 1968 Shovelhead that looks identical to this one (listed in a separate eBay add).

The bike was stored in a basement for 10 years before it was pulled out and the following repairs/upgrades were done in January:
-rear drive belt
-rocker box gaskets
-primary kit
-carb rebuilt
-pump diaphragm
-tranny seals
-Dunlop tires (front/rear)

An original owner motorcycle that runs well with only 35k miles. Tranny in great shape. Old black paint looks good with normal wear for it's age. 21" with 40 twisted spokes. Custom fenders, sissy bar, leather seat and sadddlebags. Chrome ape hangers and fully chromed front end.
