This bike Will sell to the highest bidder. I am the second owner and has been always garaged. It has lots of chrome and beautiful wheels, swing arm, belt guard, hand controls, front forks, steel cables, foot boards, Paint and Bike in excellent condition except the paint peeling on bottom of tank in photo, you will not notice it when parked or riding it. Has inverted forks and re-valved rear shocks so it really rides nice and handles excellent at high speed and can turn on a dime ! I will include a quick release windshield along with the sale hardley used. Showroom condition and less than 20000 miles, Runs perfect and only stored indoors. Just serviced and ready to go. Has thousands in upgrades including Upside down inverted chrome forks and rotor. Custom Ostrich skin seat cover and many other custom parts with bullets including grips, pushrod tubes, risers and handle bars. This bike is a real head turner, the pictures do not show how great this bike looks! It is mechanically excellent. Professionally serviced by the dealer with reciepts. Oil changed every 4000 miles with Mobile 1 synthetic motorcycle V-twin oil. Bike has 19781 miles on it now. It had 14,500 Box "A" actual miles when I got it. I haven't been able to ride it much because of work since last summer. Bike has always been Garaged. It was meticulously cared for. Avon Tires front and rear AV71 front and AV72 rear about 3 to 4/32 tread remaining. 5 Star reviews on these tires. Bike is all chromed out & gorgeous to look at. It turns heads everywhere you travel. This bike must be seen in person, photo's just don't cut it when it you look at them. In person you will be shocked at its beauty. Paint was done by one of the best painters I have seen. Wheels are the best found & you can see how well they compliment the bike. You can see all the added equipment in the photo's. Harley-Davidson Extends UFC Sponsorship; UFC 164 Added to 110th Anniversary Celebrations
Wed, 20 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The new agreement will see the mixed martial arts company hold its UFC 164 event Aug. 31 in Milwaukee’s Bradley Center during Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations over the Labor Day weekend.
Harley Declares Women Riders Month
Tue, 10 Feb 2009Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2011 Results
Tue, 19 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidson’s operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
