Harley-Davidson Softail description

THIS AUCTION HAS NO RESERVE...BIKE GOES TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!

STARTING PRICE IS FAIR AND REASONABLE FOR WHAT YOU ARE GETTING...CHECK OUT THE OTHERS ON eBAY.

Up for sale is this beautiful and unique 2001 Softail Deuce with only 12,235 miles since new. She is in incredible condition with many, many aftermarket and genuine HD parts and accessories. AND...SHE IS THE RARE BEAUTIFUL PURPLE!

As you can see from the photos, this bike has custom wheels with 21" in front and 18" in the rear with very good Dunlop tires. Has Vance Hines custom exhaust pipes, custom handlebars, custom grips, really cool custom levers (look at the last photo for a close up!), custom mirrors, custom LED lights, custom forward controls, custom pegs, custom seat and pillow and a whole lot of other custom chrome...THIS BIKE REALLY SHINES with around $9,000 of added chrome, accessories and BLING. Lots of unique parts and attention to detail.

Has always been very well maintained by the HD dealership here, gently ridden and loved by her owner. This one owner bike has always kept in an air conditioned garage under cover. In fact, you can probably see the condensation on the bike as she was rolled out of the A/C into 95 degree Florida heat for the photos...you might think some of the chrome is dull but it all really shines.

Everything works...bike is very clean...there is one small minor scratch on the right rear fender...you can see it in the photos...probably will buff out nicely. You might also notice some stains on the exhaust pipes but it is melted boot residue and can be easily removed. We were in a hurry to take the photos.

Deal includes two sets of keys, the alarm fob, a bike cover, an extra solo seat and a fast release HD sport windshield. The battery is a recent replacement.

I am selling this bike for a friend who lives in Naples but summers in St. Louis and is not here for the sale. I have a signed, clear Florida title in my hands and will finalize the sale to the new and lucky buyer. I also ride a 2007 Deuce and they are fun and fast bikes...wish Harley still made them...they are great!

I will also help with shipping arrangements if needed.

This is a GREAT bike...ready to go...has lots of fun left in her...and will make someone very happy...AND DID I MENTION IT IS PURPLE...REALLY PURPLE?

Please contact me with your questions.

Thanks for looking!

Harley-Davidson World Ride Scheduled for June 22–23

Tue, 06 May 2014

There’s something about sharing in a popular consciousness. Participating in an activity that is also taking place at the same time all over the world adds a special meaning to the event. Begun in 2008 by the Harley Owners Group as Million Mile Monday and renamed and enlarged in 2012 toHarley-Davidson World Ride, this event simply asks all “friends of Milwaukee” to get on their hogs and ride on June 22–23.
