New tires, brakes and rotors. (Less than 1,000 miles). Recent full maintenance by shop including all fluids, front strut oil and chain and belt adjustment. All electrical checked. Lots of chrome extras. 2 in 1 Vanes and Hines exhaust. New chrome fender struts, chrome gas cap and new grip chrome caps. Trickle charger and new cover included. Bike lift included as well. Dragster handle bars. Multiple tank and fender bibs included. Comes with key fob and security system. New leather soft saddle bags, rear seat and sissy bar. Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011

In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.

Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame

The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.
