If you love old Harleys, you'll love this updated 2005 throwback! Full fender, springer, beach bars, quick release rear seat and sissy bar, tombstone tail light, stainless steel laced wheels, and every bit black! .
Upgrades include S&S performance carb with correct high flow intake filter and housing, plastic cam gears replaced with steel ones, performance cams installed, large leather saddlebags bolted on, Quite enough to idle out of the drive way and no wake the neighbors, until you give it throttle and get moving down the road. The bike gets up and moves! Gets positive compliments everywhere it goes thanks to the old 50's styling and color. Every minute spent polishing chrome is another minute NOT riding down the road. Bike has never been laid down, dropped, put down, ridden off the road, etc. It's an excellent bike and still an almost daily driver. For those that will ask- I do not have the time to ride like I used to and won't for a couple of years (work, school, family, etc). I'm taking a break from riding for now and don't want to garage this awesome bike that's treated me right for so long. It's time to let someone else enjoy her. 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob Gets Styling Updates And H-D1 Factory Customization
Tue, 21 Aug 2012For 2013 Harley’s Dyna Street Bob gets updated styling treatments that further promote the production-level bobber’s no-nonsense image. In addition to the restyling, the Street Bob joins the 1200 Custom as one of two bikes available for Harley’s web-based customization program known as H-D1. “Our focus for the Street Bob is always on street appeal,” Harley-Davidson’s Styling Manager Tony Pink said in a release.
Harley-Davidson Hires ex-GM Engineer Federico
Thu, 08 May 2014Harley-Davidson has hired a former General Motors engineer and executive, most recently recognized for leading the automaker’s internal investigation of its ignition switch fiasco that resulted in a recall of 2.6 million vehicles. Jim Federico retired from GM on May 5 after working in various roles with the company over nearly four decades, most recently as executive director of global vehicle integration. Federico will join Harley-Davidson on June 2 as vice president of engineering.
A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750
Thu, 29 Jan 2015This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
