Lots of additional chrome.  Factory solid chrome wheels, Samson exhaust.  Included is a hydraulic motorcycle lift, travel luggage, removable backrest and windshield, Harley Davidson motorcycle cover and battery charger.  Local pick up or seller must handle all shipping details.  $500 deposit due 24 hours after auction ends. Only cash in person, certified or cashier checks accepted for remainder of payment.  Payment must clear before sale will be completed.  Full payment must be received 7 days after auction ends. Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca

Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.

Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary

Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
