2009 Harley-Davidson Softail Custom FXSTC, The FXSTC Softail Custom puts fists in the breeze and feet forward with a chopper profile straight from the FX custom era. The tufted king/queen seat has chrome buttons and flows up an integrated aluminum one-piece backrest, providing a comfortable perch for rider and passenger. A low-profile front fender hugs the 21-inch laced front wheel and tire. Profile ape-hanger handlebar on custom risers and the Fat Bob fuel tank with embossed leather tank strap and triple laid custom graphics accentuate the cool look. A 200 mm rear tire and Bobtail fender add authority to the rear end, while chrome details on the powertrain and oil tank contrast the black powder-coated engine.

Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
AMA Pro Racing Announces Preliminary 2013 Road Racing Schedule
Fri, 09 Nov 2012AMA Pro Racing released a preliminary calendar for its 2013 Road Racing season. The tentative schedule contains nine confirmed rounds with another two to be confirmed. Next season will again see four classes of racing: AMA Pro National Guard Superbike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona Sportbike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport, and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series which returns under its new name.
