Up for auction is this beautiful 2010 Harley Davidson Soft tail Deluxe motorcycle. this bike is a 1 owner bike is adult owned and was ridden by a 50 yr. old women. bike is immaculate. color of bike is a Harley Davidson custom color. it changes from blue to purple in the sun. fenders are pearl white. it is a 96 cubic inch 6 speed. lots of extras see pictures. has detachable windshield, detachable leather bags, chrome front end, nacelle on all lights, customer caps on triple trees, Vance and Hines slip ons. engine protectors front and rear, Harley leather windshield pouch, all chrome is blinged out with rhinestones accents (gas cap, timing cover, derby cover which comes in package that is not on the bike yet brand new, bling on air cleaner cover, speedo trim piece, also on Harley Davidson detachable back rest. comes with stock exhaust that I will give you with purchase. bike has 14,396 miles mostly highway. comes also with mid frame deflectors brand new in box ( which improves rider comfort during summer riding season). brand new high end battery installed on bike, chrome brake and clutch handles. chrome directional and starter switches, Harley after market grips. the only blemish on the bike is one of the saddle bags has wrinkling in it, see photo, and could use a new back tire. other than that this bike is showroom quality. bike has been kept in heated garage since it was bought. comes with clean title in hand. don't let this beauty pass you by.. the only reason I am selling this bike is to purchase a boat as I am moving. the only thing is bike needs to be picked up asap as my house has sold. |

Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
