John Gibson had a vision 15 years ago to sell ice cream from a motorcycle sidecar, inspired while running as he listening to motivational guru, Tony Robins. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.

Harley-Davidson Confirms Project Livewire Will Appear In Avengers Movie

From the “Unless-You’ve-Been-Living-Under-A-Rock” department comes Harley-Davidson’s announcement today at the San Diego Comic-Con, that H-D’s first electric motorcycle, the Livewire, will indeed be used in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron movie as the ride of choice for Natasha Romanoff (a.k.a. Black Widow) played by Scarlett Johansson, in an epic scene with Captain America in the film. Harley-Davidson Expands H-D1 Bike Builder Tool for All Non-CVO Models

Harley-Davidson has expanded its online H-D1 Bike Builder customization tool to include more models from its current lineup. The H-D1 Bike Builder allows users to customize motorcycles with parts from Harley-Davidson‘s catalog. The tool was previously only available for Sportster 1200 models but Harley-Davidson has add all of its models except for the high-end Custom Vehicle Operations line.
