Harley-Davidson Softail description

I am offering my 2013 Harley Heritage for sale. It is in about as close to mint as can be. It is fully stock except for a set of genuine Harleys mirrors I replaced the originals with. I love this bike, but I was injured in a fall from a ladder and broke my back in 3 places, so I will not be able to ride again this year for sure. I am hoping I will be able to drive in a few weeks, so I am now looking for a fun car to enjoy. I will not be able to ride again for some time. I want to get more pictures of the bike, and I will do so when I get help to get the bike out of the garage. This bike was sold and serviced by Brunswick Harley Davidson. It was fully serviced 3 months and 550 miles ago. It has factory security system, with 2 FOB remotes. You just keep the FOB in your pocket and when you walk 10 feet away from the bike it automatically arms itself, and then it disarms when you are back in proximity. It also has factory ABS braking. It is an awesome bike that rides beautifully. In 2013 they came out with the new suspension that makes this thing ride like a cadillac. If interested please come see the bike and you will not be disappointed!

$12,950. I am open to offers. I want the new owner to be happy with their purchase. Please ask any questions, and you are welcome to come and see the bike and inspect anything you wish prior to using 'buy it now'.

Would consider a Corvette, Porsche, or other cars, and possibly other items as well. I can add or subtract cash to make a deal work. I also have a 1987 FLSTC Custom that is built(the 1 pic of the green bike). Has over $45k into it. That green bike is NOT included in this auction!(at least $10k value).

A Man of LOVE

Fri, 24 Oct 2008

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).

What’s next for Polaris?

Wed, 20 May 2009

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”. Which begs the question: what other on-road products and brands?

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care

Tue, 26 Mar 2013

A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson  owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
