I'm selling my 2014 HD Softail Slim.
I am the original owner and purchased this bike from Southern Thunder Harley Davidson in Southaven, MS in Sept of 2015. It was one of the last 2014 models they had on the floor. The bike has been garaged kept since I purchased it. All the service has been done at Southern Thunder including the full 1000 mile service. The bike is in like new condition with low miles. It has never been dropped, damaged, or modified. No fuel map changes, after market exhaust or air cleaners. Here are the bike specs:
I'm selling the bike as I have a beautiful 3 year old duaghter who takes up all my time and I hate seeing the thing collect dust in the garage. Motorcycles are meant for the road not cranking up once a month to make sure the battery doesn't go flat. Buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. The bike is available for local pickup if desired. I have the title in hand along with all the service documentation from Southern Thunder Harley Davidson on the bike. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.
CARB Reveals 2014 Harley-Davidson Models, Including Some “Cool” Surprises
Fri, 16 Aug 2013The California Air Resource Board has issued executive orders on a number of 2014 Harley-Davidson models, revealing much of the Motor Company’s upcoming product lineup. While most of the models listed are familiar, the documents do reveal some gems including possible signs of the long-rumored new liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson engine. The first and least surprising reveal is the disappearance of the 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine.
