This  bike has been lovingly customized and pampered by a lifetime Harley collector who has owned more than a dozen different Harleys. This is the only bike he purchased new and was built to be the Ultimate! She's super quick and a joy to ride, with fantastic custom features.

The mods include:

Lowered with low profile seat, passenger pad and  quick detach passenger backrest and windshield. Dressed in black leather with red piping, she has red and white paint with lots of chrome. Frenched lights, electro glide turn signal set up on front end, front and rear frame guards. Fork lock, rear cable lock, alarm system with remote pager. Storage cover, owner's manual.

This bike has recently been fully serviced. It has new tires, tubes, battery, brakes, fluids and filters. It is in excellent condition requiring no work. Super dependable and ready to ride. Never down. Just one minor paint chip on front of front fender--touch-up paint (birch white) is available from any HD dealer--easy fix. Also, fan tail exhaust tip on right side developed minor crack and has been welded. If you so desire, it can be removed and re-plated probably for less than $100.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed

Tue, 26 Aug 2014

It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
