The carb was cleaned out and everything was adjusted and checked. Mechanically its excellent. Cosmetically its excellent BUT is not new. Will need a front tire due to age depending on how picky you are. Will need the handle bar bushings at some point also. Its a 1979 not a 2016. Bike must be paid for in 7 days. You must contact me within 24 hrs of buying. Storage is no problem until you pick it up BUT the bike must be paid for first. I can help load it but shipping is buyers responsibility. Fri, 28 May 2010IT'S 35 YEARS since Evel Knievel attempted to jump 13 London buses at Wembley Stadium. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
