1987 Harley Davidson 883 Evo Sportster custom. New S&S Super "E" shorty carb with brass cover. New custom chrome wide rims front and rear. Slammer lowering kit in front, hard tail struts in rear. Firestone tires with lots of miles left. New stainless brake discs front and rear. New rear caliper. Lots of extras and personal changes hand made by me, too many to mention. Low mini-chump bars. Biltwell riser clamp Maintained with love, runs great, fun as hell to ride, get looks and compliments where ever I go. The Greatest Escape is scheduled for Sunday, August 3, 2014 and will begin with a beautiful ride from Bartels’ Harley-Davidson, 4141 Lincoln Blvd., Marina Del Rey, CA along the Pacific Coast Highway with stunning views of the ocean to the rustic and historic Paramount Ranch, Cornell Road, Agoura Hills, CA. Join Perry King for what will be a wonderful day ending with a concert and BBQ lunch on the ranch. The Greatest Escape, 2014 will include a BBQ lunch by J Wolf BBQ and a concert by The Walking Phoenixes, a Johnny Cash tribute band. Mon, 13 Jan 2014In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.
