Sportster Custom XL883C. built for street tracker or dirt tracker it has everything you need to convert.
The previous owner had the bike at 3000 miles on it and I purchased the bike with 3000 miles on it. clean running bike but it was stock. I invested a lot of money, blood, sweat, and tears in customizing it. Among the modifications I've made: -The stock triple tree was replaced with a Pro one billite triple tree to allow a wider front tire. -Re-built the front forks with Ricor Intiminator cartridges. -Converted single front disc brake to a dual disc system and touring Brembo calipers -An LED Sportster gas gauge. -Rear shocks replaced with 12.5 inch Progressive shocks. -Supertrapp adjustable dual exhaust. -The 18" spoke wheels are lined to permit use of tubeless tires. -Fat tires - 160/60ZR18 rear, 130/60VR18 front -Added an oil cooler to help with the heat of the city riding I have put on 9000 miles since customizing it. Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
2010 Harley-Davidson Edition F-150 Revealed
Wed, 11 Feb 2009Unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show this week, the 2010 Harley-Davidson Ford F-150 is officially the first Harley-Davidson edition truck to be constructed from the award-winning 2009 F-150 chassis. This niche market co-branding exercise marks the 14th Harley-Davidson edition of an F-Series truck dating back to 2000. The collaboration between these two companies has produced eight F-150 models, as well as six Super Duty F-250, F-350, and in 2009, the first Harley-Davidson F-450 edition truck.
