I have up for sale my 2014 Forty Eight. Long story short, I have a 49 state Harley that does not meet California requirements and now unable to register it.
History of the bike- I bought this as a floor model from MAS (Military Auto Source) Iwakuni, Japan last September. The bike has been in storage for the winter. With last minute order changes, I unexpectedly had to pack up and ship it to California in February and later arrive in April. Upon numerous attempts to register it here, I'm cutting my losses and will put it up for sale. Extras- I also purchased this bike with a 5 year transferable warranty with unlimited tires. Harley-Davidson Consolidates Businesses in Spain, Portugal and Italy
Wed, 16 Oct 2013In response to the continuing economic struggles in southern Europe, Harley-Davidson announced it will combine its operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy into a single business unit to be called SPI Motor Company. Harley-Davidson says the new company, which officially begins operating immediately, will be better positioned to respond to the challenges of the market. The new company will be led by Regional Managing Director of Operations Yves-Olivier Allamagny, formerly the director of Harley-Davidson Italy.
