- All sales subject to a flat $125 Documentary fee, a $7 state inspection fee, a $293 Dealer Service fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax base on .002276 of purchase price. EX. A $10,000 Purchase = $22.76 VIT Tax.
- Our Document and dealer Service Fees are collected by Empire RV & Marine and are not required by law. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, as well as registration/inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register an pay applicable taxes in there home state.

- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicles fails a professional on-site inspection. - All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Liberty County, Texas. The Vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B in Liberty County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Liberty County, Texas.
- It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be in Liberty County, Texas.
